Paula Dufault earned a business degree in 1983 and has been a Connecticut licensed massage therapist and member of the AMTA since 2002. Growing up in the Adirondack Region of New York, Paula learned a lifestyle of simplicity to maintain her physical and mental health. While also working at a popular local spa, Paula interned at Avon Massage Therapy Center where she found her niche at this very popular massage therapy center specializing in Swedish massage to deep tissue and body treatments. In 2006, she purchased Avon Massage to complete her dream of owning a small business while offering a service she truly believed in. Business owner and massage therapist; two great jobs in one! She loves her job and her massage technique shows it.
